Samantha Womeldorf
Sam graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Co-Occurring Addictions. Sam is passionate about working with adolescents and adults to find their way in life. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy to assist individuals that have experienced trauma; she is also passionate about assisting those in their struggles with addiction. Along with those specialties, her other areas of expertise include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, self-worth difficulties, personality disorders, overall discontentment with life, and couples with marital difficulties.

Jason Bartholomay
Jason graduated from Adler Graduate School with a Master’s in Counseling and Psychotherapy. He enjoys working with a wide range of clients experiencing individual, marital, or relational therapeutic needs. He has a lot of experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, first responder stress, addictions, sexual related issues or addictions, and couples therapy. Jason is trained in a host of different therapeutic techniques along with being trained in EMDR and is also a Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Clinician. He takes a mindfulness-based approach to focus on mind-body-spirit connections. Throughout the therapeutic process, Jason is passionate about helping clients increase awareness, self-compassion, and develop new perspectives for moving forward towards re-authoring their stories. He is a big believer in holistic approaches to feeling better and looks forward to assisting you on your journey for a better tomorrow.

Alexis is a pre-licensed therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University. She works with individuals who struggle with self-doubt and want to feel more confident and grounded in themselves. Alexis focuses on improving self-esteem, managing stress, and setting boundaries. She is passionate about helping clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Her style is warm and down-to-earth, using ACT and CBT in practical, real-life ways. She creates a comfortable, judgment-free space where clients can build confidence and move toward more balanced, fulfilling lives. Some of her specialties include self-esteem, people-pleasing, burnout, boundaries, anxiety, finding purpose, and life transitions.

David Jara
MA, LADC, LPC
David is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence. He earned his Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services, along with a Certificate in Addiction Studies, from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He specializes in trauma, substance use, anxiety, and depression, and supports individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed by burnout, relationship challenges, or everyday stressors. David’s clinical approach is person-centered, psychodynamic, and strengths-based. He integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT and DBT alongside psychodynamic insight to create a therapeutic space that is both safe and results-oriented. He believes meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen and understood, while also being supported with practical tools for growth. David’s style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, while maintaining a strong clinical foundation. He aims to meet each person where they are and tailor our work together to align with their unique goals and values. Outside of work, David enjoys nature, going for runs around the lake, playing soccer, and social dancing.

Amenti Theophilos
MA, Working toward LPCC and doctorate
Amenti holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University and is currently completing doctoral training in Psychology (PsyD) at Saint Mary’s University. He works with adolescents and adults, supporting clients as they navigate mood concerns, trauma, personality patterns, and existential or spiritual questions. Amenti’s therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existential therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and client-centered principles. He tailors treatment to each individual, with an emphasis on collaboration, insight, and practical change while placing a strong value on cultural orientation, being especially attentive to family and relational discord that can arise from generational and cultural differences. His work emphasizes understanding, respect, and meaningful change within the context of each client’s lived experience. Outside of Amenti’s professional work, he enjoys traveling, working on cars, and spending time walking in nature.

Blanca Obregon
Blanca is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Master’s degree in Sociology and Community Counseling. She finds meaning in working with teens, young adults/college students, women of all ages, and men navigating relational challenges. Her work is grounded in a holistic framework that supports restoring balance, connection, and self-awareness. Blanca has training in Polyvagal-Informed interventions, breathwork and nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care. Her professional background includes community mental health, university counseling centers, private practice and working in multi-cultural settings (Native American and Latino populations). Blanca brings experience supporting individuals with relationship concerns, grief and loss, anxiety/depression, life transitions/adjustment challenges, parenting/co-parenting, trauma, and self-esteem/self-compassion.

Vivien Lee
Vivien is a pre-licensed therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She specializes in families, couples, and adolescents. She focuses on strengthening family bonds, empowering adolescents by building on their strengths to pursue their dreams and goals, and helping couples reconnect and balance their differences. Her goal is to improve communication, establish trust, and develop coping skills to foster more resilient relationships and bridge generational gaps. Her professional background includes experience in adult rehabilitative mental health services, delivery of school-based mental health services at the middle and high school levels, and collaborative work with individuals from the BIPOC community and diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Some areas of specialty include relationship and family-focused specialties, behavioral and lifestyle concerns, child and adolescent specialties, specialized populations (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, military, court-involved or justice-system–impacted individuals, Immigrant and first-generation families), anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and stress management.

Stephanie Kotelnicki

Stephanie is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate from Touro University. She has experience working with youth, couples, families, and individuals. Her clinical interest is in working with adults and couples. Her approach includes Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques, Choice Theory, CBT, Satir techniques, and narrative work. She has experience working with mood disorders, trauma, developmental disorders, chronic illnesses, and complex family systems.
Stephanie believes in empowering her clients to value themselves, identify their strengths, engage their critical thinking skills, and develop resiliency so that they can thrive inside and outside of session.
